The building was pretty much packed. Not a lot of seats were left empty. We had REALLY good seats, so I got to see all of the action too!

We stood for the national anthem and La Resistance interruped like usual. Tajiri and Rhyno ran out to the ring & that started the match. It was a good match...Rhyno and Tajiri got some good pops. These guys sitting around us kept mouthing La Resistance. Chants of "USA" were throughout the arena. The match ended when Sylvan Grenier slid into the ring & used his flag as a weapon on Rhyno.
Winners: La Resistance

The next match was between Chris Masters & The Hurricane. It was a good match too. Lots of cheers for Hurricane...no one knew who Chris Masters was. Hurricane went for the Shining Wizard and missed, then Chris used his finisher.
Winner: Chris Masters

Molly Holly & Victora were next. It was an alright match. Victoria got lots of cheers.
Winner: Victoria

Val Venis vs. Muhammad Hassan. The match was ok. Val got cheers from all the girls.
Winner: I think it was Val Venis.

Kane & Gene Snitzky were next. Kane got in the ring and knocked Snitzky down & went straight for the weapons under the ring-trash can & lids and a stick. Kane was definitely the favorite in the match...he hit the chokeslam on Snitzky.
Winner: Kane

Next was Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian w/Tyson Tomko. Very good match. They definitely put on a show. Tyson helped Christian out during the match.
Winner: Shelton Benjamin

Batista vs. Chris Jericho was the next scheduled match. One guy in the crowd was giving Batista a hard time. Batista was joking around with him..he seems like a really cool guy. Jericho was in the corner of the ring laying on the ropes like a hammack during all of this. It was really funny. The match finally started-and it was a GREAT match. Both guys did very well. Batista grabbed the chair & was gonna hit Jericho, but the plan backfired. I think Jericho was disqualified.
Winner: Batista

Christy Hemme came out & gave away free t-shirts. Then Coach interrupted. Low blow by Christy.

Submission match was next. Chris Benoit vs. Edge. GOOD match-Edge & Benoit did a good job. Benoit used his famous hand chops on Edge..BIG POPS for those. Edge tapped out on the Crippler Crossface. The infamous "You tapped out" chant filled the arena. Edge grabbed the mike and said, "I didn't tap out. I was just trying to move my hair out of my face."
Winner: Chris Benoit

Main Event: HHH w/Ric Flair vs. Randy Orton. For the Championship. AWESOME match.
The whole arena was into it. Flair interfered...but Randy gave him the RKO! HHH "accidently" knocked the ref down & went for the chair. Orton got up, countered the move and got the chair. He hit HHH with it, another ref came down and counted.."ONE...TWO....THREE!!! &..."NEW WWE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION--RANDY ORTON!"
Winner: Randy Orton
BUT....the ref that had been knocked out stripped Orton of the belt and said he saw him use the chair-so he's disqualified.
Winner by disqualification: HHH

It was a VERY GOOD house show. The wrestlers really got into what the crowd was saying. They were more personal with the fans which was great. I hope they come back soon!!

*Before the show, I was fortunate enough to run into EDGE, HURRICANE, CHRISTIAN AND COACH at Cracker Barrel. They were really nice & I got a picture with them & autographs too. They are so "down-to-earth" people. I just want to thank them for that.*
