Montez sesley, rajah.com reader August 29, 2005 North Charleston, SC Smackdown House Show Results Hi. Here are the results from the Monday night smackdown house show. The gate was opened at 6pm. In a 10,000 filled arena, 5000 were at attendance, (good number, for a Monday night house show). I was front row, by the guardrail, on the other side.(where smackdown announcers would sit.) So, I had a great view. The show starts with tony chimel coming in the ring to announce, the special guest ring announcer for the upcoming match… Christy hemme! So, she came out looking very hot, (in a nice skirt, black top, u know drill). and she said hi to the crowd and thanks for being here. The first match was for the WWE Smackdown tag titles. Christy was going to announce the challengers, but Jillian came out(she looked very hot too) and told Christy to take a hike and she will announce them. First match-Tag titles- MNM vs. Henidenrich and animal- MNM and Melina came out did the usual entrance,(I have been wanting to see it live for many months) then the tag champs heidenrich& animal came out. This match was great. A lot of LOD chants, melina looking very hot. (she was wearing this skirt that didn’t leave much for imagination of what is under there) I was still by the guy behind me and he said, “man, that shit look really look nice, I am not hurt that I missed raw after seeing that”. Jillian was sitting at the chair behind me, and I said, “jillian, U still look hot even u have whatever is on ur face, I still do u”, She looked at me weird though, but that is alright though, lol. And mercury had a little beef with a fan, but it was cool though. But back to match MNM had control of the match,heidenrich was getting beat a lot in the match and made the tag to animal who started to clean house and He got his hand on melina and Christy came in the ring and clothesline her with animal holding her. And Jillian got on the apron and got knocked by Christy too. So, the end of the match was when heidenrich and animal did the doomsday device. Great match to start off the house show. I got great pics of melina and jillian, of behind if anyone cares, lol. Winners: still tag champs: animal and heidenrich Second match- Hardcore Holly vs. Mike Max(I found out in the newspaper what was his name) well, holly came out and got jumped by the unknown guy, and it was a ok match, a lot of holly chants and hardcore wins with the Alabama slam. Winner- Hardcore Holly Third match- Ken kennedy vs. Scotty too Hotty- well, ken kennedy came out first, and did the announcing himself, many people are liking ken kennedy mic skills. (I guess I am not the only person that is entertained by his mic skills).Scotty came out and for some odd reason, this hot girl keeps pulling Scotty toward her, lol. Well, the match starts, a lot of cheers for Scotty. A lot of cool moves. Scotty tried to hit the worm but kennedy countered it, and he hit is swanton bomb slam. And got the victory, and Scotty give everyone a high five after.(even me, lol). Winner- Mr. Ken Kennedy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kennedy!(lol) Fourth match-Cruiserweight title- Nunzio w/ Vito vs. Funaki- This match was good. A few flying moves with funaki, and a great dropkick of the second rope from nuznio, and there was the usual cheating going on, and Vito was walking around the ring, (he looked scary, lol) and when he was helping nunzio, there was this old lady told vito off, lol. I thought she was going to beat up. But anyway, nunzio hit a clothesline off the top rope and funaki put his foot on the rope but vito shoved it off to give nunzio the victory, there was a bit of a 2 minute arugment with the old lady and the ref about the foot being on the rope but either way, nunzio remained champ. Winner – Nunzio Fifth match- Mexicools(super crazy and psicosis, no juvi, I wanted to see juvi though, lol) vs. William regal and paul birchall- very ok match, everyone was chanting the mexicools, and super crazy and psicosis were passing out candy and they give me one. But regal and birchall was being up on psicosis leg the whole match, and they were some great high flying, by the mexicools and they won with a rollup. And after the match regal and birchall beat up the mexicools again, but over all cool match. Theredore Long comes out and he messes up and said florce sc, but people didn’t realize it and probably didn’t care about just happy smackdown is in Charleston I guess, lol. He announced three more matches: eddie vs. batista, Benoit vs Jordan, and booker t vs Christian, and said here is a surprise match: Sixth match- Randy Orton vs. Rey misterio- Orton coming out cocky as ever, and misterio came out and give one of his mask to a fan, and Orton came out to the ring, and tried to fan that misterio give the mask to, and wanted to take it back, but his mom(I guess) didn’t want that then misterio came out and told him to leave him alone, and did the “height issue thing”, and they were in the ring and wanted rey to do the test of strength. And orton got a chair and told rey to stand on it. And he did and he give him a thumb to the eye. This was a cool match, a lot of high flying from misterio, and Orton was in control of the match and he lost by dq, when Orton did a low-blow, and was going to beat rey some more but he came back and gived him the 619, and Orton was embarrassed and was spitting near the crowd, and as he left he got a rey mask from someone and did the Orton pose with the mask on, (LOL that was some funny shit,) Too bad taker wasn’t there. Intermission time- I went to check on one of my friends who I brought and asked him how was the tickets I get for u, he said this is good, I am near the intro and stuff like that and the door was opened and a wrestler was peeking out of it, I thought it was Christian but I was not sure. Seventh Match- Bookert w/sharmell vs. Christian- cool match- a lot of back and forth shots- and during the match, there was this white guy, saying “sharmell is one sexy fine black woman, and I would make sweet love to her,” she kinda smiled at the comment. Everyone was just laughing at that lol. But a great match overall and bookert did the scissors kick, and beat Christian. And during the match Christian tried doing the spinoori, but failed badly. And booker t gives everyone a high-five, (including me). Eighth match-Us title- chris benoit vs. Orlando Jordan- Jordan came out and told benoit to get in the ring so he can get his belt back. Benoit came out and started the match- and 30 seconds he ran out and benoit got on the mic, and said, “Get ur ass back in the ring, Buckwheat!”, that started a “buckwheat” chant. It is a cool match with Orlando Jordan tapping out to benoit in 7 minutes. Cool match. Well, before the main event, tony chimel got back in the ring, and said thanks for attending and I have a announcement of when we will be back in Charleston and he said we will be back Monday, Dec 5th, (I thought, Damn, another smackdown house show on a Monday night), but he said “ that is right smackdown with the superstars from raw will be here for a Raw and Smackdown Supershow!!!!!!. I was in shocked! So, that means we will get both live Tv shows raw and smackdown. Ninth match- main event-Batista vs. eddie guerrero-(a lot of people love the I’m ur papi, shirt, I bought one of them.) a pretty cool main event- batista was in control through the match, and he was going to powerbomb eddie , but Orlando came out and eddie was dq’ed, and benoit came out and helped batista. Winner- still champ- batista But therodore long came out and made the last match of the night- Batsita and benoit vs. eddie guerrero and Orlando Jordan- eddie and Jordan were beating benoit up good, but made the tag to batista, and benoit and eddie were running backstage and batista powerbombs Orlando for the win. Winners- Batista and Chris benoit End of show. In my opinion, this was a pretty great house show overall, u had melina and jillian in great outfits. Had some great comedy from the fans. Overall I had a great time and my voice is still gone, lol. And I can’t wait for the Supershow! I am a lot happy, that I miss and taped raw for this show. And I didn’t know, Arn Anderson was backstage because we saw him drive off. Here are the the 1st match Heidenreich and Road warrior over MNM for the tag team titles. 2nd Match Hardcore Holly over Some Local Guy. 3rd Match William Regal and his new partner Paul something could not remember his 4th match Nunzio over Funaki for the Cruiserweight title. 5th Rey Mysterio over Randy Orton. 6th Match Booker T with Sharmell Over Christian. 7th Match Summerslame rematch Chris Benoit over Orlando Jordan For the Us Title. 8th Match Batista Over Eddie Guerrero for the World Title Eddie won by dq from run It was a good for the smacdown guys |
