-- Jeremy Borash wrote on his Twitter account that Sheik Abdul Bashir has signed a new multi-year deal with TNA. It was recently reported that Bashir's contract with TNA was coming due and there was some interest on the part of his former employer, WWE.

-- It would appear that Shane Douglas is through with TNA once again as his profile has been removed from the roster section. At last Sunday's Slammiversary pay-per-view, Douglas lost to Daniels in a "Second Chance Match," resulting in Daniels retaining his spot on the TNA roster.
