Monday Night Football returned last night with a doubleheader that not only went head to head for the east coast feed, but also the west coast feed as well. The first game (Washington vs Minnesota) scored a massive 9.9 rating, which is a record for ESPN.

RAW on the other hand grabbed a 3.6 rating for both hours which is several points below their normal rating. The second game between Oakland and San Diego scored an impressive 8.5 rating.

WWE is going to have it's work cutout for them over the next 16 weeks during football season.
