RAW starts with Coach out back. He says due to his efforts the GAB was a great success. Cena retained his title. But nw they have to looks forward to Summer Slam. We have to find a new #1 Contender and Coach will be watching everyone closely tonight to figure out who should be the #1 Contender. He also announces the main event as a Champions Only Match. Candy and Cena against Umaga, Cade & Murdoch.

JR and King say Cody will face Orton tonight.

There’s a throne and feast in the ring. King Booker and Sharmell come down to the ring. Video of last week when Booker ordered Jerry to kiss his ring. Jerry said no and a fight broke out. Booker drinks from a chalais and sits facing the announce table.
He calls to Jerome. He says they got off on the wrong foot last week, but they can resolve it like gentlemen. He wants Jerry in the ring so they can bother state why each should be the true King.
Jerry gets in the ring with his crown in hand. He sits on a crappy stool at the other end of the table. “Jerry” chant. Booker asks who Jerry is. Jerry’s mic doesn’t work. Booker wants to state his case and says he earned it. Last year at KOTR he won the title. You can’t just call yourself King, it’s an empty title. He comments on the local basketball team and a crooked ref. He thinks they should be the Sacramento Peasants. He doesn’t think Jerry should be King. HHH shouldn’t be King either “Oh hell NO!” The one true King is King Bookah.
Jerry starts to talk and Sharmell cuts him off with an, “All hair King Bookah!” “You suck!” chant. Jerry says he can make it real simple. A King is only as good as his kingdom. If the people don’t think of you as a King, you’re not a King. These people don’t think of you as a King. In fact these people think of you the sam way Jerry does. As a pompous, self-delusional pain in the arse!
Booker says he will settle for this insubordination no longer. If Jerry really feels this way, he challenges Jerry to stare him in the eye and say it to his face.
Jerry has a better idea and attacks. He beats on Booker who falls from the ring to the floor. Jerry picks up the platter of fruit and dumps it over the side onto Booker.
Sharmell holds Booker back and they back their way up the ramp. At the top Booker yells that he’s going to get Jerry.

Melina and Beth come down to the ring. Beth in a blue halter jumpsuit and Melina in a blue and gold version of her usual two piece outfit. Mickie comes out in a black version of her two piece outfit. Maria comes out with Santino. She’s in black pants and a tiny black top. Santino goes to the announce table. Mickie and Beth start. Beth pushes Mickie down then whips her. Beth runs into a back elbow. Beth picks Mickie up and slams her into a corner. Melina tags in and stomps Mickie. Mickie comes back with forearms. A couple kicks to Melina’s chest and Maria tags in. They double team Melina. Beth kicks Maria from the outside. Melina pulls Maria’s hair and head butts her. Beth tags in and hits a snap mare on Maria for two.
A chinlock to Maria who fights out. Double arm chicken wing to Maria. Melina tags in and keeps Maria from tagging out. Melina grins Maria’s face into the mat. Melina pulls Maria’s hair. Maria is able to tags out and hits a head scissors take over on Melina. Beth grabs Mickie’s hair from behind. Mickie fights out and attacks Melina for two. Maria tags in and climbs. She hits a cross body on Melina for two. Beth enters and they double team Maria. Santino gets up and trips both female heels. Maria hits a bulldog on Melina and covers for three.

WWE Rewind - The Texas Bull Rope Match at GAB. Cody rushes in to save his father from further abuse after the match is over.

Cody is being told to take it to Orton tonight. Orton come sup behind him and spun him around. Cody asks why he didn’t do more to Dusty last night. Orton says it was pitty. Cody says it was fear, Orton’s afraid. Orton says Cody should be afraid and can leave with whatever dignity he has left. Cody won’t back down.

Snitsky promo He talks about breaking someone’s arm and getting pleasure from it.

Grisham’s out back with Cena. He congratulates him for GAB. He asks about the match later tonight. Cena says this one’s a little crazy. He has Grish close his eyes. He says they’re’s a beautiful woman, every curve means business. She whispers in your ear, “tonight you’re going to be my partner and we’ll wrestle together.” Then he’s in the middle of Broke Back Mountain. Grisham freaks out. Grisham also mentions that Coach wil be naming the #1 Contender tonight and how does Cena feel? Cena says he had to face HBK, then Khali followed by Lashley. No offense to Candice, he’s going to the ring virtually alone tonight to face the red necked wrecking crew. It doesn’t matter who it is that’s named #1 Contender.

Sandman comes through the crowd, he doesn’t have a beer this time. Hacksaw comes out to tag with him. Regal come storming to the ring, but doesn’t enter. Carlito comes out and they enter together.
Regal and Sandman start. Regal kicks Sandman and takes him down. Sandman hits a back elbow and then knocks Carlito from the apron. Regal then tags in Carlito as he returns. Carlito gains the upper hand. Regal tags in and kicks Sandman in the gut. Hard forearms to Sandman’s head. Sandman takes Regal down. Hacksaw and Carlito tag in. Hacksaw takes down Carlito and knocks Regal from the apron when he tries to interfere. Hacksaw goes for a shoulder at Carlito in a corner but Carlito moves and hits the back stabber for three.

JR and King talk about the matches - Cody and Orton, Kennedy and Jeff Hardy and then the main event (seems like they’re talking about what’s going to happen more than anything tonight).

Carlito and Regal are talking out back about wanting to be #1 contender. He takes a bite of his apple and spits... Right at Lashley! Carlito runs.

Carlito runs into the ring and grabs a mic. He says sometimes in life accidents happen. He should apologize for the accident, so he came out to publicly apologize. If Lashley accepts he shouldn’t say or do anything. Carlito feels like he’s off the hook, then Lashley comes out. Carlito starts talking fast and attacks Lashley. Carlito tries to fling Lashley into the stair but Lashley makes a beautiful jump and flies over them. Lashley turns around and grabs Carlito and slams him face first into the ring apron. He rolls Carlito into the ring and follows. He hits a running power slam on Carlito to huge pop.

Orton comes down to the ring. Video from the Bull Rope Match at GAB. Orton was about to kick Dusty in the head when Cody rushed out to save his father. Cody comes out, by himself.
They lock up and Orton takes him down in and keeps on a side headlock. Cody hits a standing drop kick. A knee to Cody’s gut and a lot of forearms to his back. Cody comes back with a cross body for two. A kick to Cody’s gut. Cody sits up on a corner and hits a sunset flip on Orton for two. A punch to Cody’s head and Orton’s in control. Orton stomps his way around Cody. His ankles and hands are targets. Cody comes back with punches and chops but runs into a drop kick. A foot to Cody’s face and then he’s whipped. Cody falls to the mat. An upper cut to Cody. Orton stomps Cody’s gut and stands on him for a four count. He pulls himself up and the fans are cheering hard for him. He rolls Orton up for two. Orton tries to take Cody’s head off and covers for two. A hard clothesline to Cody. They exchange blows and Orton gains control. Cody hits a hard punch on Orton. Cody climbs but Orton ducks. An RKO to Cody and Orton covers for three.

Orton stares at Cody and is about to go after Cody again but Dusty comes down. Orton goes after Dusty. Dusty starts the fight and finishes it. Orton rolls from the ring. Dusty goes to his son and kneels at his side. While Dusty is tending to Cody, Orton sneaks back in the ring and kicks (barely even touches him) Dusty in the side of the head. A whole bunch of refs keep Orton from doing more damage. Trainers and docs tend to Dusty. They push Cody away. They bring a stretcher to the ring. Orton stands on the ramp and watches.

Kennedy comes down to the ring. The mic comes down and he says that Coach need look no further, he’s the next #1 Contender. Jeff Hardy comes dancing out to face him.
Jeff gets the crowd clapping and they lock up. Kennedy gets backed into a corner but tries to hit Jeff during the break. “Hardy” chant. Arm wringer on Jeff. Jeff reverses it and takes Kennedy down. Kennedy pulls Jeff’s hair and gains brief control. Kennedy goes for a drop kick but Jeff hold sthe ropes. Kennedy goes for a kick but Jeff ducks. Jeff hits a kick. Kennedy gets bounced face first off a corner. Kennedy hits a couple of forearms to Jeff’s face and then a hammer lock on Jeff. Jeff reverses it. Jeff gets tossed out between the ropes.kennedy slides out as Jeff slides in. Jeff kicks Kennedy through the ropes. Jeff then flies out onto Kennedy.

Jeff is kicking Kennedy in a corner. An (hard) Alabama slam on Jeff, from a corner, for two. Jeff is hanging on the second rope and Coach is watching outback. Kennedy covers for two. Jeff telegraphs and gets punched in the back. Kennedy covers for two. A neck lock on Jeff. “Hardy’ chant. Jeff punches out. Jeff goes for a split leg moonsault and falls landing horribly wrong. I thought Jeff was in serious trouble! Kennedy quickly covers, I think it’s to finish the match, but Jeff kicks out. Jeff runs up the corner and flies onto Kennedy for two. Jeff drives both of his feet into Kennedy, in a corner, for two. Jeff hits a face buster and the fans are WILD!. Kennedy leaves the ring. Jeff leaves and runs the rail. Jeff connects with a clothesline. They fight outside as the ref counts. Jeff bounces Kennedy off the screens on the stage. Jeff sprints down the ramp and slides into the ring to break the count. The ref continues to count Kennedy out.

Jeff stands in the ring and celebrates. I really thought Jeff had seriously injured himself and he bounced up like it was nothing - I’m totally shocked and impressed.

JR and King are talking about Dusty and how Cody must feel like it’s his fault. They show video of Dusty being loaded in the ambulance. Cody goes with him. Arn and Hacksaw are back by the ambulance as the doors shut telling Dusty that they are there for him.

Kendrick and London run to the ring and slide in. Haas and Benjamin come out to face them.
Brian and Haas start but Benjamin rushes in and attacks from behind when the ref is distracted. Brain gains control. Benjamin is ready to attack from outside. Brian slides out between his legs and pulls him off the apron. Benjamin tags in and gains control. London gets the fans clapping while Brian in a head lock. Benjamin covers but London break the count. Haas tags in and gets body scissors on Brian. Haas then moves to a side head lock. Brian gets out and hits a drop kick. Both are down. London tags in and knocks Benjamin from the apron. A reverse elbow and a drop kick from London to Haas. Benjamin enters and gets double drop kicked from the ring. They do the same to Haas. Brian flies from the ring but Benjamin moves and Brian splats. They double team London in the ring and cover for three.

Booker and Sharmell come back out. Sharmell says Jerry’s actions earlier were unconscionable. Booker tried to work things out but Jerry didn’t have the intelligence to accept. So he will pay a hefty price. Booker takes the mic and says next week Jerry will face him in his ring and he will be beaten like the dog he is. His reign of blasphemy is over.

Coach is out back and Grisham asks if he’s made a decision. Coach says he has, but before he can tell us he has to tell the challenger. Candice rushes up and asks him to reconsider the match tonight. She doesn’t want to have to face Umaga, he’s a monster. And then there’s Cade and Murdoch. Coach says that tonight he’s not looking at her like a Diva, but as a champion and is sure she’ll do well.

Slam Of The Week - Jeff facing Umaga at GAB.

This is a No DQ Champions Only Match. Umaga is first to the ring. Cade and Murdoch come down to join him. Candice comes out looking very nervous in a gold bikini to and gold pants. She stops high up on the ramp. Cena comes out and looks at her. They talk and he hands her his belt. He runs to the ring and attacks.
Cena gets mounted bu Umaga the Cade tags in. “Cena” chant. Candy is on the apron in their corner. Murdoch tags in and they double team Cena. A forearm across the face and Cade tags in. Cade gets whipped into Cena. Cade covers for two. Umaga tags in and beats Cena down in a corner. Cena gets whipped and falls to the mat. Murdoch tags in and punches Cena in the gut while Umaga holds him. Murdoch hits a Russian leg sweep and covers for two. Cena mounts a fight and takes down Murdoch. Cade comes in and gets a suplex. Umaga enters and hits a sidewalk slam on Cena.
Cade and Murdoch stalk Candy who enters the ring. They hold her arms as she sits in a corner. He’s going to hit a bum slam but Jeff Hardy enters with a chair and starts beating Umaga with it. He beats Umaga up the ramp, to the stage and out back with the chair. Cena hits a back body drop on Cade and an FU on Murdoch for three.

The ref hands Cena his belt. Cena turns around into an RKO. Cena is laid out in the ring with Orton standing next to him while Coach announces Orton the #1 Contender.
