Smackdown/ECW House show report from Minehead,England-14/10

Its only a small venue at a holiday park in England,with about 4-5 thousand fans i
would say.but all sold out.Anyways,my first live show since 1993 so thought i
would give a quick report.

Howard Finkel came out to do the nights announcing!Im an old school fan so was
really good to see him!He introduced Armando Estrada who gave a rundown of the
main events.

Jesse & Festus def Deuce & Domino in a poor match which seemed to take forever to
begin!

John Morrison def a random wrestler,didnt catch his name.

Michelle McCool & Maryse def Victoria & Katerina in a really good match
actually.Much better than the matches on raw.Michelle McCool needs to switch over
and go for the womens title IMO.

Chuck Palumbo def Dave Taylor.Taylor being from England still got alot of
heat.Chuck held him up for a suplex for about a minute,was really cool!

Kane def Kevin Thorn via the chokeslam.Kane going to ECW?

1st MAIN EVENT-Big Daddy V & Matt Striker def CM Punk in a non title handicap
match,via a big elbow drop from V.

Rey Mysterio def Chris Masters via the 619 in probably the best match of the
night,considering i dont like either wrestler.Rey got the biggest pop by far as it
was mainly kids in attendance.

MAIN EVENT-Batista,Matt Hardy & Undertaker def Great Khali,MVP & Finlay via the
Tombstone on Finlay.Khali and Undertaker did little in the match,was mainly Finlay
beating Batista(who didnt look very interested to be honest).

Best match-Close between Divas tag suprisingly,but Rey vs Masters
Worst match-John Morrison vs Unknown wrestler from England.No-one was interested
at all

All in all was pretty pleased,mainly because its been a while!Definatley getting
tickets to the next live Raw over here.Was a shame not to see Mark Henry and
Boogeyman,but never mind.
Was very dissapointed that nobody stayed to sign any autographs seeing as its a
family place and its mainly kids there.Was a lot of dissapointed faces.They just
got drunk right away after.NEVER MIND!!
