Alright, I have re-opened the Mailbag section with the help of two individuals, Kayfabe and Grandpa. Hopefully, it will work out better this time, as the above individuals will handle the great BULK of the emails.
Here are the steps to take if you like your question answered in the Mailbag section:
1. Please check to see that your question(s) have not been answered on any other sections of the page. Take great note of the FAQ Part I and FAQ Part II as well as the mailbag archives at the bottom of the page. .
2. Send a legibly written question or comment to mailbag@rajah.com. Please limit yourself to only one question per person per email. This allows us to update the mailbag more frequently.
3. ALL email sent there may potentially be included in the Mailbag. If you do not want your response posted, do NOT send it there!
4. If a name is included, I will post it along with the email. If you do not want your name published, do NOT write it!
5. Remember, it is impossible that every email I receive get posted on this page. Only the best and most popular questions/comments will likely make it on.
6. Also remember, that questions will be answered by either Kayfabe or Rajah, so any personal remarks should be addressed accordingly. The following color scheme will be used:Rajah - GREEN
Kayfabe - YELLOW

I love this site, but some things seem to get on my nerves. It's not you, it's a lot of the fans out there. For example, the Rock and Chris
Jericho should not be the last two competitors in the fantasy Royal Rumble. They are very entertaining, but this is not the way it should
be. The only plausible reason is because they are the top two faces right now in the WWF. I think you should go on overall ability. I
mean, come on, most of us know wrestling is scripted. Some stuff is real, some is not real. You(the devoted RajahWWF fans) should be
better. It shouldn't be who the good guys are, but who the best performers are all around. I like Chris Jericho and the Rock, but I don't
think these guys deserved it. Maybe I'm just making a big deal out of nothing, but I think they were others who deserved it more (Bret
Hart, for one). Oh well, maybe you'll do this again some other time.
But then what do you really expect? It's just a popularity contest anyway. Just look at some of the PPV polls at WWF.com. For every PPV, an overwhelming number of fans always vote as 1999's "Insert Name Here" PPV being the best, while some classics are left in the dust. There's a relatively new fan base and they're familiar only with today's product. So obviously they'll vote only for the stars of today. Hell, when I first started watching wrestling, I went back and rented old tapes to educate myself and learn about what I'd missed. It's not that I have a feeling of contempt for newer fans; don't get that impression. No, instead I feel sorry for them because I wish they could've been around to experience the years and years of great wrestling and stories that happened before their time. Of course I bet that veteran fans from the 70's and before are probably reading this and saying the same thing about me, so who am I to talk.
Yeah! I mean it's a Rumble people. With Rumble's you've gotta think Yokozuna, Hogan, Warrior, Duggan, Bret, Michaels, Bulldog, Austin, and assorted big men.

Hey Raj, Grandpa, and/or Kayfabe~
I just wanted to drop a quick question by you three and see if you could explain. With the emmergence of Kurt Angle, the WWF is advertising him as "The Only WWF Gold Medalist." Well, the thing is, I thought that Mark Henry won a gold medal in weight lifting. I know that the WWF is notorious for doing there little "we hope you forgot about that" routines. I just wondered if this was one of those times?
No, Mark Henry never won a Gold Medal. It's true that he competed in the Atlanta Olympics, but his performance was pretty poor and he came in something like twentieth. It could have been higher than that; I'm not sure. But I do know that he did not win a medal of any sort.

Dear Rajah,
I'm a big fan of the WWF and I just was able to find your site (and find myself lucky to do so). You seem to have great information and insight.
As I am a new user to your site, I'm not sure the process of sending you questions, but I wanted to ask one that has caused a lot of debate between me and my friends.
It seems that there are some words spoken before the music begins on HHH's entrance theme. My question is: what are those words?
I have bought the soundtrack and have listened to the first few seconds numerous times and have not been able to figure out what they are saying. Could you please help me or at least lead me to a place in your site where I might find the answer.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Personally, I think they should have the Roadie saying, "Is this on? Testing, 1-2-3, Testing, 1-2-3." But that's just me.
I can confirm that the lyrics start with "One, Two, Is this on?" as opposed to one-self. It just sounds like it but download the theme and listen to it really carefully and you'll hear the words quite clearly.
You can find the HHH theme HERE.
You know, I'm not exactly sure what it says either. The first time I heard it, I thought it sounded like "One self, is this on" which doesn't really make sense, but then it's the lyrics to a wrestlers theme song, so does that matter? Others have contended that it's "One, two" or "One, check" but I can't confirm anything. Your guess is as good as mine. If anybody thinks they knkow for sure then send it on in.

Why was Luna fired? I just heard she was but why was
she?
Well, after a disagreement or argument or whatever you want to call it, she "allegedly" taped up the mouth of a WWF producer and tied them up in a chair leaving them helpless. The producer was none too pleased, nor was the WWF front office. Since it wasn't the first time Luna had backstage behavioral problems, and she was definitely expendable, the WWF decided to cut their losses and release her. But I wouldn't go as far as to rule out a future return.

I have not heard anything, but what i have seen is a lot of the Wwf wrestlers
have really getting chisled and stronger. The question is, have you heard
anything about how/why? (new weight lifting program, supplements, Steriods?!?!
They just train hard, eat their vitamins, and say their prayers. No steroids are involved; this isn't 1986, and Scott Steiner works for Turner. The WWF has a pretty strict drug testing system, and after all the bad press they suffered during the 1993 steroid trials, the last thing in the world they need now with their unbelievable popularity is to be put in a bad spot because of steroid accusations. Wrestlers just keep themselves in shape. Some are workout freaks; others are naturally gifted. The Undertaker has been lifting weights while injured, The Rock works hard to stay in shape, Viscera is in the gym six days a week, the British Bulldog has always been a powerhouse, and in addition to being a work out nut,Triple H is on that Meta-Crap stuff or whatever they have him endorsing right about now.

What happened to Sean Mooney?
Hell, at least I know where the ever popular Todd Pettengill is.
... I don't know. But I sure would like to find out. Somebody tell me where Mooney is because VinMan and I said so.

Hello Rajah
As you know, the McMahon-Helmsley regime is in one way or another controlling the WWF. I have 1 great method to cause the downfall of the McMahon-Helmsley regime.
What the WWF can do is to make full use of Trish Stratus. As we all know, Trish is a very good worker and she can make wonders. Just look at T & A. Both Test and Albert are not over with the fans before, but with Trish guiding them, they are becoming more and more popular don't you think? Coming back, the WWF can actually make use of Trish to cause the downfall of the regime. Make Trish bitch here and there with Vinnie Mac. Then, the GTV comes on and shows Vinnie Mac booking a room in a hotel with Trish. Linda McMahon sees this and gets very furious with Vinnie Mac. She might want a separation but Vinnie Mac does not care because he is in love with Trish. After that, Trish will bitch again but this time with Triple H. The GTV comes on again and Stephanie McMahon sees the video showing Triple H in a room with Trish. Stephanie will then leave Triple H.
So, as to how the angle will progress, Vinnie Mac will feud with Triple H over Trish. Vince will say that Trish loves him but Triple H will say that Trish loves him instead. The 1st part of the downfall will be the separation calls by Stephanie and Linda. As Triple H and Vince feud, Trish will turn their back on the both of them after they have beaten up the hell of each other.
After a few weeks, Stephanie will then call Test out to the ring to apologize and say that she wants to be with Test again. Test comes out but then he will not accept her apologies. He then calls out his newly-wedded wife Trish Stratus!! The McMahons soon realise that Test is behind all this but then it will be too late as their conquest falters.
What do you think? Please put this up in the mailbag. Thanks!
There's no doubt that the Regime will eventually crumble, but how I am not sure. I can tell you this much though, and that is that Test will at no time become affiliated with Stephanie McMahon on a long term basis again. It just doesn't make sense. We knew they weren't going to get married from the beginning and in the end it was used as a set up to plant the seeds of the McMahon-Helmsley Regime which has been the central angle for the entire year. The only problem was that Test had to become detatched from the whole thing in some way, and now he has successfully been buried in a midcard tag team. Test will never again be an item with Stephanie. Now Kurt Angle on the other hand; there's something I'd like to see at some point down the road...

Hey Rajah or Kayfabe
me and/or my brothe rcheck your site everyday 4 updates its GREAT! My
question is, how come you guys don't put up PPV photos anymore? The last
time that i remember you guys doing that was for NO MERCY. Since im not
allowed 2 order the PPV, it would be great if u could get those photos back
up, my bro and i were just wondering why their not up their any more.
Thanx...GREAT site
Here's the deal. Although we've never been in trouble with the WWF for copyright infringement, we don't want to abuse
our privilege by plastering PPV, RAW and other television related pics on our site. We respect the fact that the WWF has been
cool with us (granted, we run a WWF related site almost on par with theirs) and want to keep it that way.
From: #1KaneFan
Well, I just watched WWF Judgment Day and WWF Raw. And, to say the
least, I am disappointed. Is it just me or is The Rock and HHH getting
old? Sure, they can throw in Undertaker but where is that gonna go?
That's right...NOWHERE! WWF needs to get there act together. With WCW
on the rise, WWF is going to lose ratings...FAST! WWF needs more main
eventers. The HHH/Rock fued is pissing me off. It can only go for so
long...and it's been LONG ENOUGH! So, in conclusion, my question is...
What wrestler do you think should be the next main eventer besides HHH/Rock/Taker?
Don't kid yourself that WCW is right behind the WWF and that Titan is crumbling. That's just not true. Even if the WWF did collapse (which they are not) and WCW got hot again, it'd stil take several months for Turner to overtake the WWF. When you've dug a hole as deep as the one WCW has, it takes a long time to climb back out of it.
Next main eventer: Well considering that the term 'main eventer' is often misinterpreted, I'll go with Kane, as he looks as if he'll be headlining King Of The Ring (as of this writing). If you think about it, HHH, Foley, The Rock, and The Big Show are the only men to headline a PPV this year, thus really in my eyes making them the only main eventers, though The Undertaker is certainly in that position, as will Austin be upon his return. It sounds cliche, but after the aforementioned main eventers, and Kane, I'd have to go with Benoit and Jericho, as they are the best of the talent that is on that next level below.
Well, Kane has since stepped into that role nicely. Triple H and the Rock met at two second tier PPV's which means they've gone at it in the big money match twice. That's not really overkill. With Austin out, Foley retired, Big Show now out, and until recently Taker and Kane on the shelf, who would you recomend to step in and face Triple H? Jericho? No, not yet. Angle? Benoit? No way folks. Rikishi? Can you say boring? The Rock is the #1 fan favorite; Triple H is the most hated heel- you figure it out. The rivalry is a good one and this was the time to do it. With more high profile names returning things will change a little bit. Fortunately, you're not in the majority and a lot of fans have loved watching HHH and The Rock go at it.

The Iron Man Match at Judgement Day was the best match I have thoroughly
enjoyed in a long time (probably since Austin/Dude Love w/ McMahon as
referee). I saw you guys said there would probably be a lot of run-ins to
pace the match. I thought so too. However, I thought Triple H, The Rock,
and Shawn Michaels carried the match extremely well. I can just see other
wrestlers in the back thinking it must have hurt like a bitch when Triple H
got pedigreed on (not through) the announce table by the Rock. BTW, it seems
extremely awkward when one wrestler does another's finisher. Anyways, I
wonder if Shawn stepped out of the ring to see if Triple H was okay (being
pedigreed would hurt enough, but it looked like he took it full-faced and on
the table). To finish off my rambling, I extremely enjoyed the match. The
first 10 minutes wasn't too exciting but is understandable when you have to
go for 50 more minutes. It was just great seeing The Rock, Triple H, Shawn
Michaels, and the Undertaker in the ring at one time at the end. Probably
best match I have ever seen. I was on the edge of my seat the whole match.
That last comment actually crossed my mind at the end of the match as well. It was so cool to see the Undertaker and Shawn Michaels looking at each other like that. To see two of the top three WWF stars of the 90's (Bret Hart is the other) was great.
It was an excellent match, and one of the more enjoyable matches of the last few years for me personally. They were able to pull it off with wrestling and timing, and all three men (Michaels included) performed on a level that exceeded many's expectations.

Who who were the black nights are whatever they were called in the '93
Survivor Series. I heard one of them was the Undertaker?
No, none of them were the Undertaker. Not that they were supposed to be anybody in particular, but the Knights were actually Barry Horowitz, Jeff Gaylord, and former WWF Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion Greg "The Hammer" Valentine wrestling in masks.

I'm writing for two reasons... first reason is so that you can make my
monkey-ass famous....
And since that's now done, let's on to the real question... Who, in your opinion, is the most under rated wrestler at the moment, or ever (it doesn't matter which you answer) for me, at the moment, it's definatly Al Snow. This guy is quite the talent if you have ever watched him in his SMW and ECW days. He is a top mat worker, he can go to the air if he needs, and he can get hardcore (which most people know him). He is also one of the funniest guys on the mic, he makes everyone laugh and he has a lot of charisma. He did the impossible... he got Steve Blackman over. But what has made me really mad about the under usage (is that a word?) of good ol Al is his ability to train others. If you look at the list of wrestlers he has trained, you wonder why he hasn't seen as good of days as him. He has trained Kane, and D'lo Brown. He has helped train Dan Severn for UFC matches... I can only recall one time AL's been in a shoot-fight and he helped train a vet in shoot-fights! And lastly, Al helped train Steve Austin during his transition from ECW to WWF. If you don't think that deserves a push... then I don't know what does. No offence to guys like Jericho and Benoit and Guerrero... but they haven't been in the WWF as long as Snow and haven't paid many (or any) dues to get the belts they have. Al has put over EVERYONE from Triple H, to the Rock.... EVEN ROAD DOGG about 38475890 times... AND THE ROAD DOGG IS THEE WORST WRESTLER I HAVE EVER SEEN!!
I'm not asking for a huge push, but give him a nice run as IC champ... maybe a good World Title fued... he has more then deserved it. Your thoughts?
Of course I've always thought Owen Hart was the most underrated wrestler for a man of his talent. He won countless Titles during his time, but never did win the big prize for some reason, though he came close on several occasions. Owen was a WWF veteran, and lasted with the company for nearly a decade. He was a tremendous talent and was better technically sound than Shawn Michaels while at the same time more arially gifted than his brother Bret, each of whom were the two best performers of the 90's. He played his character to perfection, and he had the talent, the know-how, the experience, and the loyalty. But for some reason he never was able to win the World Title. To this day I still contend that after Survivor Series 97 it would have made perfect sense for him to feud with Shawn Michaels and eventually go over him for the World Title, preferably at Wrestlemania XIV, thus avenging his brother, and putting Michaels out of comission. And talk about "Attitude", in this one the lines would have been blurred between reality and fantasy to an unbelievable degree. Owen/Michaels World Title? Are you kidding me? They'd tear the house down. And they would've been able to get the belt on Austin anyway as it would have been easy to reignite the Owen/Austin program. But alas, Stone Cold was waiting to break out, the WWF wanted to drop the whole Bret thing, and Mike Tyson made his presence known, as the WWF grabbed some ratings back from WCW. It wasn't to be. Owen also had the chance to win the World Title from his brother Bret in 1994 in one of the best feuds of all time, but was unsuccessful.
I've always said that Owen Hart was the best WWF wrestler to never win the World Title. Which is exactly why he should have won it. Yes, I do believe that Owen Hart, great as he was, was at times severely underrated.
Al Snow is a good candidate and is definitely underrated. Of course there are all different levels of underrated. Some feel Bob Holly has been underrated for years. Right now, I think Stevie Richards and Dean Malenko are two underrated wrestlers, as are (somehow) veterans The British Bulldog, and The Big Boss Man. Christian is very underrated considering he is just as good, if not better than his partner, yet Edge seems to be recognized as a star, while Christian is ignored. Tito Santana was always a little underrated despite the fact that he did enjoy some success. Dynamite Kid's name comes to mind as well. Matt Borne. Ricky Steamboat. Rick Martel. Poor Marty Jannetty has been severely underrated over the years. He was once Shawn Michaels' equal, but things never panned out quite right for him. I've always thought Jeff Jarrett was underrated. Greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time and nobody seemed to care, but now he's a WORLD Champion. Three times, baby! (as of this writing). I'm sure there are many skilled wrestlers that I've never seen that are very underrated.
From: Philip
OK, good reasoning on why there was no Malenko/Rios rematch, although they
should have done it sometime (Raw or Smackdown; hell I'd watch a rematch on
Heat, at least there's more time for real matches then), it really was a
great match. Also, I don't really like how Eddy had only two or three
matches between his arrival and WM and then he wins the title. He's on the
sidelines for months, getting cheap heel heat, then they start the latino
heat angle and right off the bat he wins the Euro title. What if the fans
hadn't liked the angle? Then how would they justify giving him the title?
Anyway, that's just my opinion.
That may be, but it's turned out as a success, so who are we to second guess? Eddie has had an excellent run with the European Title and I couldn't think of a better European Champion at this point.

Dammit, you know BRET NEVER QUIT!!!!!! Helmsley and Michaels are going to end
up getting what they deserve (though Michaels already has,
hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
But, no, BRET NEVER QUIT!!!!!
Yes, that Michaels has really gotten it hasn't he? Retired with millions of dollars in his mid thirties, with a hot wife and a newborn son. What a tragedy.

Sup Kayfabe! You are the best there is, the best there was, and the best
there ever will be in the mailbag game. Fist off, I just want to agree with
your belief that Christian is more "all that" then Edge. He is much better
with the stick then Edge and not to mention his finisher is way sweeter.
Also, word on the street is all the teenage girls love him. Now on to my
question. After the whole HHH "They held me down because I said goodbye to my
friends" thing was The Game put out of action with a knee injury? My friend
seems to think he was but I think otherwise.
HHH did suffer a knee injury but it didn't coincide with the Clique incident. HHH sustained a kneww injury in late 1998 while he was Intercontinental Champion. He had to forefit the belt and Ken Shamrock ended up winning it in a tournament. HHH returned a couple of months later and made his famous heel turn at Wrestlemania XV shortly thereafter.
Edge is SO not better than Christian, and though I love them both and I love the team, I'm just doing my small part to at least point out the greatness that is Christian to the loyal rajah.com readers. But I don't want to get into that argument again; I just want to enjoy them as a team. Let's leave all the Christian support for an eventual feud with Edge.
