Great site. It has improved GREATLY over the last year. I have a
question
about Debra. She is currently a WWF Diva on the roster. So why isn't she
taking part in the programming? She did not appear on Divas: Sex on the
Beach which was very dissapointing. I'm not even sure she's in the 2002
Divas magazine. I was wondering why she wasn't taking part in these events.
I've read rumours that Stone Cold Steve Austin is holding her back from
doing these shows with the other women, and would also prefer that Debra
just accompany him to the arenas and not be part of the show. I wish she
would be a little more independant from her husband. It seems she just
everything he tells her to, and it's REALLY holding back her career in the
WWF. I don't even remember the last time we've seen her on TV! Thanks.
Well, she doesn't really have much of a role anymore now that they've gone and admitted she's the real life wife of Steve. It's not as if she can just go and start managing another wrestler, and I do think it would be counterproductive to have her out at ringside with Austin. They still use Debra in backstage vignettes from time to time. I don't think the her involvement really affects the programming one way or the other.

I was readin the newsboard as usual and I was reading about a Stacy
Keibler Interview where she talked about quote "The in ring moment between
the Acolytes, Dudley Boys, Arn Anderson & Hardy Boys at the Continental
Airlines Arena house show was sentimental and brought a tear to my eye. I
was impressed how they broke character and shared the moment with the fans."
What happened at this House show?
The weekend before the roster split took affect, the
Dudleys and APA wrestled each other one last time at the house show and
afterwards they basically toasted each other and told each other how great
it had been working with each other for all these years. The Hardy Boyz
joined the festivities to tell them the same, and Arn Anderson came down and
told everyone "this is as real as it gets", or something to that effect.
So Arn and The Hardyz in the same ring; ever wish there could be some
fantasy world where we could watch the '89 Brainbusters go up against the
'00 Hardy Boyz? Or the '90 Hart Foundation against Edge & Christian of '01?
Good times.

G'Day, I'm just wondering if you can tell me the significance of the
tennis racquet that Jim Cornette brought with him to the ring during his
managerial days.
The gimmick was that it was loaded (presumably with the same material a loaded glove, shoe, briefcase, etc. is loaded with in the world of professional wrestling) and he would often whack people with it to cheat on behalf of his team.

Nice site guys. Anyway, I was wondering if Triple H has ever taken
steroids? I'm a big fan of his and all, but it just seems like he gets
bigger and bigger everytime I see him. I know he works out intensly, but he
keeps getting bigger, really quickly. I read this in an interview you put
on the site...
"Many have accused wrestlers of taking steroids to achieve otherwise impossible muscle mass. Have you ever taken steroids?
I don't condone its use. But I understand its place. I don't have a problem with people who take steroids. It's a great medicine for people who need it, and it has a place in the world just like any other medication. If a doctor feels that's what you need to improve your health or life and puts you on it, then that's great. However, if you take it without a prescription, then it's just a drug like any other drug, and you shouldn't take it. It should only be given by a doctor."
...and he doesn't answer the second part of the question about whether or not he takes them. So please answer this for me, thanks a lot.
Well, if he's not going to answer it then there's no way I'd be able to know. It would be unfair of me to say he does, because you never know: I mean he IS a workout freak. But then again, he does keep getting bigger and bigger. and bigger. I've always assumed he probably has at some point, but I'm no expert on the matter. So there you go; another non-answer.

Dear Raj and the Gang,
This is a simple question... Are Edge and Christian step/half brothers???
Nope. They're not brothers at all, but they play them on TV.

Hi guys. Great work on the site. My question is why are RVD and Chris
Jericho considered to be future main eventers? I may not know wrestling
inside out but their moves always seem unconvincing and weak. RVD in
particular seems to lack ring psychology and has mic skills that are
mediocre if one is over generous. Jericho was stale as a face, worse as
heel, can't seem to be serious, and has some of the most pathetic moves
around ... bulldog? moonsault? Granted neither man has gotten particularly
good angles, but if other smallish guys like Benoit and Angle can at least
make their matches LOOK realistic, how can RVD or Jericho be considered at
that, or above that level? Please explain your take because I simple don't
see what everyone raves about.
Well, first off, I thought Jericho was a current main eventer. Second, success in wrestling is certainly not built upon "moves". It helps to have some trademark maneuvers that are over and guess what; both RVD and Jericho do (Frog Splash, Rolling Thunder, Walls of Jericho, etc.). RVD isn't as psychologically sound in the ring as others, but it's been proven time and again that it doesn't really matter as long as you have everything else going for you (which he does). Jericho is a terrific heel, I think. And there's no denying that the fans loved him as a babyface.

Did anyone else notice how much smaller the new title belt is compared
to either of the two old ones? It looks more like a tag belt
Yeah it does. The closest resemblance I identified it with was the US Title. I'm not so sure why they made it so small.

So the red and yellow is back. You know what, who cares? Who cares
that a 50 something old man is wrestling in a pay-per-view championship
match. Who cares that one of the WWF's greatest preformers (Taker) gets
jobbed out of a title shot. Hogan is old, he cant move, he can barely sell
a move. You know what, I don't care. You must not have heard me. THE RED
AND YELLOW IS BACK! All that stuff I just said, so what! As much as any of
you hate to admit it you want to see Hulk one more time going after the
belt. Some of you just think you just want to see him fall on his face.
You will gripe about all that is wrong with Hulk now. Get over it. You
would not even be watching if it wasnt for the Hulkster. You would not know
what pro wrestling was. Miami Vice reruns woulb be on TNN and Buffy would
be on UPN. MTV would be showing Daria reruns on sunday. Shut up. Do you
hear me. Don't show your ignorance. Wait a minute. Do show your ignorance
so you can be ridiculed. More people showed up at WM1 to see Hogan and Mr T
than the pope. You say he has a big ego and is unbearable. Well guess what
behind Vince he is the biggest persona ever in wrestling. He has earned the
big ego. He has made his come back. He has jobbed for the Rock. He
probably will job for HHH. Personally I hope they let him win at Backlash
then lose at RAW. Hulk with the belt one more time. Its kinda like one of
those things you would like to let your kid see. So to bring some closure
to this insane rambling, let Hulk have his moment again, force yourself to
enjoy it. I think one more spot in the limelight and then you will see a
ride into the sunset. Vince looks like he is going to do this right, no
Brett Hart here. So say your prayers, take your vitamins and whatcha gonna
do when the Hulk makes one more run for YOU.
Sounds about right to me. Just as long as they don't let a WCWish situation develop out of this. I say milk the nostalgia for what it's worth, do all the "dream matches" and then put it to rest. So far I think they've handled Hogan well.
