rajah.com Mailbag, Edition #5
-By Grandpa, Kayfabe and Rajah

Alright, I have re-opened the Mailbag section with the help of two individuals, Kayfabe and Grandpa. Hopefully, it will work out better this time, as the above individuals will handle the BULK of the emails.

Here are the steps to take if you like your question answered in the Mailbag section:

1. Please check to see that your question(s) have not been answered on any other sections of the page. Take great note of the FAQ Part I and FAQ Part II.
2. Send a legibly written question or comment to Rajah_WWF@Hotmail.Com. Please try to keep it short, since if it is too long, it will be prone to editting.
3. ALL email sent there may potentially be included in the Mailbag. If you do not want your response posted, do NOT send it there!
4. If a name is included, I will post it along with the email. If you do not want your name published, do NOT write it!
5. Remember, it is impossible that every email I receive get posted on this page. Only the best and most popular questions/comments will likely make it on.
6. Also remember, that questions will be answered by either Rajah, Kayfabe or Grandpa, so any personal remarks should be addressed accordingly. Rajah will answer ALL site-related questions.

IMPORTANT!!!
If you have anything to add to any of these questions/comments or even my remarks, please email me. I'm not claiming that all my info is correct, as I'm sure that some of it is inaccurate as well. PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS ABOVE AND NOTE THE CHANGE IN THE EMAIL ADDRESS!!!

I am an avid fan of the WWF and it has been quite awhile since I saw the Legion of Doom in action. Are they still in the WWF? If, so when are they scheduled to return?

They still are under WWF contract, however, they have been assigned to wrestle in Japan. Rumors are they will finish their illustrious careers in Japan.

From:Tony Noone
I was wondering who this one wrestler was or is. He was a fat, black guy who's gimmick was to be a guy from Africa who didn't know how to wrestle or how to pin a guy. His manager was Mr. Fuji (I think) and he always told him how to pin and how to wrestle. I want to know who he was, where he is wrestling now, and what happened to him How long is Ted DiBiase's contract w/ WCW??? Just want to know if he'll be coming back to the good ol' WWF anytime soon.

I believe you are referring to Kamala played by Jim Harris ("The Ugandan Giant"). I also, remember "Classie" Freddie Blassie managing him as well. The last known where abouts of Kamala had him competing in the Independent circuits. As for Ted Dibiase, it is very unlikely that he will ever return to the WWF. He is a born-again Christian, and is not in favor of the current WWF storylines.

Hey Raj,I just found your website and I must say it is the better than the crappy ones I've seen. Getting to my question, what has happened to the Oddities? . My second question is what do you think will happen to DX? will anyone join any time soon? or will it die? Please let me know Rajah Thanks Chris

The Oddities were sent to Mexico to work on their wrestling skills. From all reports Kurrgan has been progressing quite nicely and a WWF comeback is imminent. As for Giant Silva, he has developed somewhat, not enough to guarantee a WWF return any time soon. As for DX, the WWF is known for teasing its fans before revealing their intentions. There are so many different possibilities that can be formed from this angle.

From: Camron
Your site totally kicks ass! I got a couple of HBK questions for you- 1. At the 2nd in your house after HBK won the I.C. belt from Double J, who was that girl he kissed? Was it his girlfriend or something?(the wwf cameras kept showing her on tv) 2. Was it Michaels idea to form DX or was it the booking committee? 3. Is he really the commish of the WWF or is it an angle? 4. Is his back injury a work or is it real? 5. Do you think he will ever wrestle again?

1. Probably not. HBK frequently used to kiss girls in the audience.
2. Most likely both. The WWF was struggling to come up with fresh new ideas at the time, as they were losing the ratings to WCW. The bookers wanted to put Michaels in a "controversial" role like this. They brainstormed and DX was form. It obviously worked. When asked about how the idea for DX was formed, Vince McMahon has been quoted as saying, "It was luck."
3. It's an angle.
4. It's real. Otherwise he'd have been in the ring all this time.
5. You never know. I doubt it as it would greatly jeapordize his health, but anything can happen in the WWF.

From:Dillo22
First of all I love your sight. Its the best on the internet!! Now onto my question... Can you explain to me what exactly is a gimmick match?? Please include this in your mailbag!!

An example of gimmick matches are the following: ladder matches, cage matches, firstblood matches, Texas death matches, etc.

Hey Raj, I think it was Vader who was dressed up as Santa. I also have a question. Do you know what happened to Jason Sensation? The last time I saw him was when DX was making fun of Shawn Michaels dropping the ball. Thanks.

To the best of my knowledge Santa was played by Balls Mahoney, not Vader. Jason Sensation has decided to make pro-wrestling his permanent profession, he has enrolled in wrestling school.

From Elbow,
I was just wondering if Kurt Angle will be appearing in the Wwf anytime soon. I am From Pittsburgh PA and that is also where kurt is from. We dont hear much about him hear. I was just wondering because he was soppose to be in the Wwf awhile back. And the Raw i went to when it was here in Pittsburgh he suplexed Tiger Ali Singi like 3 times. but nothing was seen of him since.

Kurt has been doing a lot of dark matches with the WWF right now. I'd give it another month or two before we get to see him on Monday night's, but when he finally does make it to RAW, expect him to make a big impact!

From:Jigga
Yo raj, i got a question for ya. Mark Henry is one of my favorite wrestlers and he up around 400 pounds. Any way the WWF will release him because he weigh's to much?

I doubt the WWF would ever release him, as he wass signed for 10 years by Titan (through 2006). They are committed to him, and are actually very high on him, but his weight is a serious problem. The WWF has been adament about getting Mark to lose weight, but so far he hasn't lost much. It's no coincidence that Jim Ross constantly refers to overweight wrestlers in his Ross Report. He is usually targeting Henry with those comments, and the WWF will NOT give any kind of push to him as long as he is overweight. That's why he jobbed to Viscera, and that's why his angle with D'Lo ended up going nowhere.

From:Justin
Wassup Raj dis the "SoLmAn" again During the Owen Hart tribute on RAW, some of the wrestlers mentioned they were being "ribbed" by Owen during matches, I was wonderin what does "ribbed" mean? Keep up the good work on the page!

rib [4] (verb transitive) ribbed; rib*bing [probably from rib [1]; from the tickling of the ribs to cause laughter] First appeared 1930 : to poke fun at : KID -- rib*ber (noun)

Owen was the ultimate practical joker.

From:Thomas
ok ive never seen this goldberg guy before, but why couldn't wwf pick him up for a while put him in an angle with austin and just have him job to austin a few times, than put him in another role against the undertaker to build him a good wwf status?

Goldberg, is still under WCW contract. The last thing the WWF needs is another lawsuit. However, there have been rumors to the effect, that this match will one day take place. Only time will tell.

Hey Raj, I'm a big fan of your site. I've been visiting since it was just a small site. I have a guestion What does the "PS" in Michael "PS" hayes mean? Just wondering if you could answre this.

Going back to his NWA days, he proclaimed that it meant: pretty sexy. Personally, I would vote for: positively stupid!

From:Ariel
well i was wondering, one of my friends told me that before the undertaker came out there was the original undertaker. i was wondering if that is the undertaker (the old one) that we are now watching on t.v. now or is it the one that came out second. to make a Long story short explain this to me..

There have been two Undertakers (Mark Calloway) and (Brian Harris.)

From: Sala720
Hey Rajah, Do you think that WCW has wasted Curt Hennig?Does this anti-rap angle of his is an attempt by WCW to make him better than he was when he was Mr.Perfect?

Anytime, a wrestler with the ability of a Curt Hennig, is not used to his full potential, it is indeed, a waste. The way that Hennig was forced to job at the PPV was sickening! What a waste of talent.

From: abillings
I recently read that Mark Canturbury or something like that passed away. Well, I have no idea who that was and it is driving my friends and I CRAZY!!! Please tell me who he is. I know you can afford a tiny E-mail of a few words to relieve my friends and I. Thank you SO MUCH! I love your site!!

Mark Canterbury was known in the WWF as Henry Godwinn. He is NOT dead, but suffered a rather serious neck injury awhile back. He is currently on his road to recovery.

About 5 question that have crossed my mind in the past.
1) When or how did SCSA injure his knee, cus he has to wear that knee brace for every match?
2)Is it true that JR has been fired from the wwf like he has said?
3)I heard that when SCSA won the wwf championship belt at WM14, he wasn't supposed to but when he stunned shawn micheals, shawn had to play along or else it would look bad, is this true?
4)Where does the Godfather get his hoes, are the independant workers like the cops?
5)Someone told me that the survivor series is coming to edmonton this year, do you know anything about that? (put this in the mailbag section)
from matt

1. Basically, his knee is injured from years of wear and tear in the wrestling business. There wasn't one particularly significant injury to it.
2. Ummm... JR is still with the WWF. Has been since 1993.
3. No, Austin was supposed to win. HBK conveniently dropped the title so he could take his share of time off, due to his back injury.
4. Yeah, they get the hoes from local strip clubs.
5. I don't believe the official venue for the Survivor Series has been announced yet.

From:Greg L.
Quick question for you. Why did Lex Lugged not receive the title at Summerslam '93 after they built him up all summer as "Mr. USA"?

Lex actually had a photo shoot with the WWF Title prior to Summerslam, but the WWF decided to stick with Yoko as the champ. After all the Lex Express hype, it was a curveball when Yoko retained the belt. The WWF probably felt Lex hadn't quite paid enough dues to become the World Champion yet. Besides, for awhile there they were trying to buiild Yokozuna as "the greatest WWF Champion of all time". In the end, the WWF did what they wanted to do. The hyped up face (Luger) got the victory, but the better man to represent the company as the champion (Yokozuna) kept the title. Which is great as far as I'm concerned. I never did care for Luger.

From: RudeBoy
hey Rajah, hope you're feeling better since your little car accident. the page is going by smoothly and the format is great. enough with the butt-kissing, on with the questions....
1) this is based on Undertakers "Greater Power". alot of people have been talking and there has been rumors flying around that Vince McMahon was not the Undertakers greater power. he's obviously the higher power, but he's not the greater..that's my take at least. I haven't been following the wrestling storylines as of late. anywho, I looked at the Poll Archives about who the Undertakers greater power was and one name stood out more than the others....Ted Debiase. I know that he has stated that he will not be coming to the WWF due to the Kane angle. but if he was, wouldn't Debiase be the person who should be used as the greater power?? remember, it was Debiase who brought the Undertaker to the WWF in the first place. but, I'm sure you knew that..you run this web site.
2) they're not really gonna have the 2 D-X factions (faces/heels) recruit new wrestlers for their little feud are they?? wouldn't that mess things up if they were to have a reunion??
3) how long is Brian Christopher gonna be back in action?? I miss Jim Ross referring Christopher as Lawlers son (when it's true)
4) why's Mideon the European champion?? what einstein thought of having Mideon the champion of Europe??
5) Joey Abs. is he really a "Mean Street Posse" member?? or was he a wrestler recruited to be part of the group?? he's got some talent and strength
6) (last question) when are they gonna reveal the person(s) who moved the briefcase during the Austin/McMahons ladder match?? are they waiting for the arrival of Chris Jericho to make the decision (along with GTV)?? or are they gonna go with Steve Blackman as the operator??

1. It's all irrelivant. DiBiase, while it would make the angle extremely intriguing, is NOT on his way back to the WWF.
2. Who knows with the DX thing? The possibilities are endless. And after a lengthy feud, I don't see a complete DX reunion ever happening. Though, some form of DX will probably live on for a long time to come.
3. Brian Christopher tore an ACL and will likely be out for several months. It's a shame, as he and Scott Taylor were finally going to get a long overdue push. I wont even bother plugging his new "official" website...
4. I think it's pretty funny how they chose to re-introduce this belt. It's a good way to help establish low-mid carders, anyway.
5. He's actually a wrestler that had been working the independents. He wasn't a boyhood friend of Shane's like the others.
6. I don't know if they'll ever reveal this, but I'm not sure Jericho will have too much, if anything, to do with it. My bet is it was The Big Bossman. He wasn't an "official" Corporate Ministry member at the time. Besides, why else would they go through that whole ordeal? He re-joined the Corporate Ministry the next night, after seemingly separarting from them, just so he could cheat on their behalf. But, if we haven't found out who was behind the briefcase by now, we may never know.

From: Josh Liebenow
Hey Rajah, you got a great site, but I got a couple questions for ya! The first one, is about 3 years ago when Stone Cold went to Brian Pillman's house, was that planned? I mean Pillman did end up pulling a gun on him! And second, Do you think Owen Hart was supposed to win the I.C. Title from the Godfather at Over the Edge? I mean I loved Owen, and I just wanted to know because, it seems kind of odd that the Godfather lost the Title just 2 days after the PPV, and to Owen's tag team partner, Jeff Jarrett none the less!!! If you would answer these on the Mailbag I would be very grateful! Later.

1. The Pillman/Austin home invasion angle was just that; an angle. Of course, it was planned. In fact, at the time, the WWF was being whooped by WCW in the ratings, and this was an attempt to get the viewers' attention and grab some ratings away.
2. Yes, I think Owen was going to win. He deserved the belt, and the Godfather's reign was coming to an end. I think that after that they were going to start a Owen/Jarrett angle over the IC strap, and start to bring that belt back. Take this into effect; the first match that night, the faces (X-Pac and Kane) won; the second match that night, the face (Al Snow) won. Then, after Owen's fatal fall (RIP Owen- you are missed) the face (Val Venis) won. The Godfather was a face and Owen was still really a heel. Now how often do faces win FOUR matches in a row on a PPV?

From:Trisha
The last couple of mailbags you have mentioned how Dusty Rhodes's manager from the late '80's has since died. I was just curious as to when and why she died. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I belive you're referring to Sapphire (Juanita Wright) Sadly, she passed away on 9/10/96 of heart failure.

From:Farhan
Hi i would like to ask you a few things. 1.I think that Tiger Ali Singh desirves a push i think he is a great wrestler but do you think he will get one?i have not seen him for a while. 2.Where are Texas Tornado and Todd Pitingal gone will they ever return.

1.Tiger Ali Singh is in danger of being released.
2. Texas Tornado (Kerry VonErich) was released by the WWF in 1992 or 1993. Shortly thereafter, he became the third member of VonErich family to commit suicide within six years, and the fourth member to perish in nine years. So much tragedy for one family.
3. Todd Pettengill co-hosts a zoo-type morning radio show in New York City with Scott Shannon on 95.5 WPLJ. He has co-hosted this show for years, even while he was with the WWF. For more info on Scott and Todd and their show (interestingly enough, it's called The Big Show), click here. . If you actually want to hear the Toddster in action, click here. between 6:00 and 10:00 AM EST Monday through Friday and listen to the real audio version of his show. I hope this puts all the "Where is Todd Pettengill?" talk to rest.

From:Bluenabe
Do you think the Big Show will ever get a clean pin on any of the WWF's top stars. How can they expect him to be a main eventer with that crappy music? Anyways, if ECW folds soon then I think Paul Heyman should reveal himself as the greater power and have some ECW stars join the Ministry. Then Vince coould start back up the good ole corporation. Just a thought.

I have a hard time figuring out the rationale of the WWF, concerning The Big Show. If he doesn't win the WWF Heavyweight Championship soon it will be very surprising, not to mention disappointing. The WWF usually doesn't reward the new kid on the block right away. I heard at one point, TBS wasn't pleased with his entrance music either. Now that ECW has signed a deal with TNN, this should hopefully put an end to their financial woes.

From Dick:
Hey, great site. Anyways, my question may sound little dumb, but is there a chance that the fued years back between Jerry Lawler and comedian Andy Kaufman was real? I know it would be an extrem longshot to be real, but the two did go on Letterman and have a scuffle, although Kaufman was known to do just about anything to get attention.Thanks.

From all indications, yes, there was legitimate heat between the two. Some will even suggest, Kaufman's obsession lead to his demise.

From: THE PEOPLE'S PIMP
First off I would like to complement you on your site. It's the best I've seen. Anyways I kind of have a weird question. Can you tell me what wrestlers actually have had legit heat? It would be kind of cool to know. THANKS. peace

A couple of quick examples would be: the Sable tales, and the heat between Owen and SCSA. I wouldn't make to much out of this, it is very difficult to get along with everyone at your job.

From Joel:
Hey Rajah. Love the site - definitely the best WWF site on web. My question is - Is it true that Tank Abbott signed with the WCW and not the WWF because there is still a lot of tension between himself and Ken Shamrock? I used to watch the Ultimate Fighting Championship all the time until my cable company decided not to offer it anymore, and it is a definite fact that Abbott and Shamrock had a strong hatred for each other while they were both in the UFC.

Without doubt, there is definite animosity between the two. However, the main reason for Abbott signing with WCW, was MONEY! There are a lot of rumors that Abbott's stint with WCW has concluded already. It will be interesting to see if he and Shamrock will ever face off again.

Hey Rajah:

I hope you can answer a few questions for me:

1. Several months ago Road Dogg was mysteriously ambushed in the locker room. Was this (as a friend told me) an excuse to get him some time to go into some sort of rehab? My friend also told me HHH and Chyna were married so I wanted to check with a more reliable source.

2. Also, after all the excitement over the Greater Power, do you know how far in advance the WWF plans out its story lines? This last one would have seem to have taken a great deal of planning; I was just curious to see if the plots fluctuated with audience reaction or if they were pretty strictly followed. Thanks again for a great page - you are one of the few sites that update regularly which I know must mean a lot of work.

1)Yes, he entered rehab.
1a) They aren't married, however, they have been seen out together.
2)Each storyline is different. Obviously, some need more time to develop than others. Not to mention this allows the WWF to gauge how the fans are reacting to the current angle/storyline. The WWF, is a firm believer in giving the fans what they want to see.

Hey Raj:

A couple Questions for you: 1) Just before Brett Harts retirement speach he was talking about Goldburg and he mentioned that Goldburg has been putting up money so he could wrestle SCSA, is there any trueth to this???
2) Also Scott Hull and Kevin Nash were rumored to return to WWF is this still a possability? Can you tell me when thier contracts run out???
3) Rebecca Curci (Whisper): it is rumored she has decided to do one of two things now that she has no part in the WWF they are: return to modeling as she had done in the past or go to UCLA Medical school and get her sports medicine and cardiology degree that she turned down years back, do you know what she is or will be doing???
4) My final question, i have been asked to attend ECCW (Extream Canadian Championship Wrestling), i was wondering about other options in Canada? What are some of the other wrestling schools in Canada? Can you send me some info on them please?? Thanx, 2Xtream

1)It was a work/angle.
2)It is very unlikely, as both are under WCW contracts. Hall's contract runs out on:12/31/2001
Nash's contract expires on:12/31/2001. Even after the conclusion of their respective contracts, their age would definitely work against them returning to the WWF.
3)Nothing has been confirmed.

1: Do you think Undertaker is close to being dropped by the wwf and if so will he ever go to wcw as the Undertaker if wwf lets him use it?
2: Would he ever go to wcw in your opinion

1) The Undertaker's contact does not expire until 2005.
2)Anything is possible in wrestling/sports entertainment.

First of all, did Paul Wight really chokeslam UT through the ring? The refs are usually bad actors and Hebner looked VERY surprised when it happened. Secondly, are Test and Stephanie McMahon dating in real life or is this just a work?

Yes, Wight really did chokeslam the UT through the ring, but it was a work.
Stephanie and Test are an angle.

From:Rude boy
was Justin Credible in the WWF as Aldo Montoya??

No, Peter Palaco was Aldo Montoya.

From:Kev
Rajah, I just wanna say your site is fantastic and I have a few questions:
1. The other day I was watching Nitro (I'm not a fan, it was my 1st time) and I noticed they have alot of talent but the one I really noticed was Rey Mysterio Jr. Is there any chance of Rey Rey coming to the WWF, how long is his contract with WCW? Isn't he involved in some angle with Master P and the No Limit Soldiers and a fued with Curt Henning and somebody else.
2. I don't think DX need HHH back. If someone like the Hardy Boyz joined DX they would make it a stronger stable. Michael Hayes could be a manager and I think RD could lead it because we all know he's got the mic skills which I don't think HHH has got.
3. In your last spoilers I read in a dark match Meat lost to Kurt Angle and PMS left him but the next week on Superstars they were with him again.
4. When Test asked Stephanie McMahon out didn't it completely destory his whole Tori angle.
Please answer these questions in your next mailbag.

1. Rey Mysterio (Oscar Gonzalez) is one of the most talented wrestlers in the industry. I have not been able to locate the details of his current contract. Does anyone have this information? He is currently one of the main players in the "rap is crap" angle along with the No Limit Soldiers. It has been reported that Master P, is no longer with WCW.
2. I don't see the Road Dogg leading any stable. Yeah, he can work the mic, but he's better at getting the crowd fired up, than giving an actual interview. He's over, but he's an average at best wrestler, and I don't see the Road Dogg leading DX. Of course, the whole DX situation is up in the air. Anything can happen. We'll just have to wait and see how it plays out.
3. No angle development takes place during dark matches. Perhaps, PMS was visibly upset that Meat lost, but they didn't actually break it off with him for good. That would be my guess.
4. Yes, but apparently the WWF wanted to go with this one instead, and I can't blame them. Where has Tori been anyway? She hasn't been on TV in awhile. Besides, getting Test involved with Stephanie gets him involved in an angle with Shane. And any time you're involved in an angle with one of the main guys in the company, it's a good thing. In other words, Test is getting a push.

From: Nestor Sanchez
1. If the WWF and WCW really hate each other that bad, why don't they ever try having a PPV on the same day so that we can see who gets the most buys?
2. In the early 90's, I remember of an angle where Rick Rude was stripped of his tights by Jake "the snake" Roberts. As I watched on TV, Rude was running around the ring and part of his body was being digitized. As far as those in attendance go, did they really get to see Rude "uncovered?"

1. That would be bad for both companies. Each would lose at least some viewers. Some people that order WCW PPV's also watch the WWF PPV's and some people that order the WWF PPV's also get WCW's PPV's. Those people would be forced to choose which one to order, and in the end, each company would lose some viewers. Basically, it'll never happen, cause the PPV's are about one thing; buyrates. And buyrates translate into money.
2. You mean his backside? Most likely, the ladies in the arena did get treated, however, that's not necessarily true. In the '80's, the WWF once censored TV footage, saying it was too violent to show on TV. That was not actually the case, though. They did it for extra drama.

From: Goody
I am a Shamrock fan and I think he has potential to be an even bigger character in the WWF. Do you know if the WWF is cooking up something bigger for Ken Shamrock? Will he get a belt any time soon?

Shamrock might very well regain the Intercontinental Belt shortly. With the WWF's lack of depth in the main-eventer category, I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to move another guy up to main-event status. That guy could be Shamrock. Shammy's won the Tag Titles and the IC Title. Now there's just one more step. I think Ken Shamrock has everything it takes to be WWF Champion, and I wouldn't be surprised if he won the championship in the future.

Hey Rajah, props on the site. Do you see the Rock and Stone Cold ever being paired as a constant tag team to maybe fight off the Corporate Ministry or perhaps against a restructured Degeneration X? It just seems like it was an incredible match on Smackdown when those two paired up against HHH/Undertaker. Thanks.

Not as a permanent team. They might get paired up once in awhile, like they did on Smackdown, but they're not gonna join up on a consistent basis and go after the Tag Team Titles or anything.

From: Kathy Chandler
1. Do you remember back when Vince went to Texas looking for Stone Cold? Well when he walked in and that bald guy was cleaning a gun or something it looked like it was Prince Albert. Do you know if this is true?
2. I know that this question has been asked over and over but has it ever been totally confirmed if the Brett Hart incident were he was screwed was 100% legit?
3. And last a few months ago when HBK was set up by DX to get him attacked by the corporation nothing really came out of it as far as DX was concerned. Do you beleive that HBK will some how reunite DX and then take them down or do you think the WWF will hope that the fans will forget(bossman getting hanged by the Undertaker)? Thanks

1. No, it wasn't him. That was before the WWF had signed Prince Albert. Different guy.
2. As much as I wish this whole thing is a work, it's not. There will always be speculation, but Bret Hart got screwed. Case closed. It will be a miracle if Bret Hart ever shows face in the WWF again after all that has transpired. It's not going to happen.
3. Well, right now Michaels seems to have sided with the Road Dogg and X-Pac. It was mainly HHH that set him up. Anyway, this whole DX thing could go anywhere. We're just going to have to be patient and see what happens. Shawn Michaels will most likely get involved in the angle at some point, but there's also the (slight) possibility he'll stay away from it completely

From: Dave (Australia)
Hey, Rajah,
Mate, I've got a few questions for you which I hope you can answer.
1. What's the deal with Goldust caking on more and more make-up in more and more outlandish designs? I think it looks tacky and must be a pain for the make-up artist to watch it getting smeared during a bout.
2. Is it me or are the Hardy boys a really good wrestling duo? I didn't really see any of their matches before they became involved with Michael Hayes but my opinion of them is pretty high as far as wrestling moves go. They get more air time than Jeremy McGrath.
3. Finally, I have noticed that sometimes the word "ass" is cut and other times it is not. I was watching B.A.B.G wrestle and Jim Ross kept calling him Mr. Ass with no censorship but when The Rock comes out and does his spiel, they cut it just before he says "Candy Ass" so it is "Candy ***". Is Heat rated for a younger audience?
Thanx in advance.

1. Yeah, that does sound like a pain. I liked it better when he first came into the WWF. It was less complicated.
2. The Hardy Boyz are impressive, and they are now, of course, the Tag Team Champions. Another case of too much, too soon? Possibly, but the Hardyz are the most exciting duo to watch in years.
3. Heat is rated PG, while RAW is TV-14. Basically, the WWF can say ass, but they probably try to keep it to a minimum.

Hello Rajah. Love the site. here are my questions/comments.
1. Why did they change the I-C title? It looked great the way they had it. Now with the the new look, it looks the outline of an egg nailed to a purple strap. And whats with the purple?
2. Why doesn't the WWF try and pick up Marty Jennety. I love the guy and think he has a lot lof potential. He is a former I-C champ.
3. Why doesn't the WWF either get the lightheavy weight belt going or drop it? I think they should drop it and make a belt for guys alittle more heavy, like Jennety and those weaker, midcarder guys.
4. Why go the feds fight over the big name wrestlers? It's not like a real sport where you need to go after the good players, just grab a guy that can wrestler without injurying himself or the other guy and give him a gimmick the fans would like.
5. I want to know why the WWF always has to use the goodguy v.s. the badguy thing. Why aren't there anymore of those Hogan v.s. Warrior matchups? Well, I guess thats all for now.

1. I am with you 100%. I guess the WWF figured, hey, new attitudes, new belts. But, they made a poor decision. In my opinion, the old IC Belt was the coolest belt that ever existed. Even more frustrating is the new one is the ugliest! It's skinny with this weird design, and... I could go on all day.
2. I, too, think he has some potential. He's exciting to watch; that's for sure. Last I heard, the WWF was discussing signing him. I hope they do.
3. I think it already has been dropped for all intense and purposes. When was the last time you saw it?
4. Still, some wrestlers have more skills than others, and those who already have proven successful gimmicks can be valuable to their new company. The new wrestler would bring a familiar fan base with him, and the company wouldn't have to worry about whether he'd get over with the fans or not. The wrestler would already be marketable.
5. Those are happening more than ever now. It used to be a strange thing to see a heel vs. a heel or a face vs. a face. Now, it's commonplace. Just a few weeks back on RAW, Edge faced the Godfather. Two faces. The Hardyz and Acolytes are both heels, aren't they? There are other examples too, but I'm sure you get the point. The WWF has made the lines between bad and good very hard to see. Now, anybody, whether face or heel, can face anybody, whether face or heel, at any time. And I think that's cool.
