Hi cool site, I'm sure Vince does have three kids, Im sure he has another daughter who appeared anonymously on Raw as an extra in the late nineties early 00's, I seem to remember it was an angle where she was someones date in a mid card angle. Thanks

No, no, no, no, no. Vince has two children. There is no "third daughter". End of story. From the sounds of it you're alluding to the angle involving Ryan Shamrock, who was Ken Shamrock's "sister" and became involved with Val Venis in a mid-card angle in the late 1990's.

Hey raj your the man! Do you think that Eric Bischoff may ever bring back the Triple Cage match?

I sure as hell hope so. That was such a damn cool cage. I wonder if the WWE still have it stashed away in storage somewhere. Do you think they'd let me borrow it for the weekend?

is there any way i could see a clip or something of when owen hart died? wwf/e hasn't released "over the edge '99" yet to my knowledge and i would really like to see what happened

The WWE have never released 1999's "Over the Edge" and they never will. They have also never replayed the clip, and I sincerely doubt they ever will. It's important to note that the footage does not show Owen Hart's death in gruesome detail so if you're expecting to see gruesome stuff, forget it and grow the hell up. The only place you could find such footage is from someone who ordered the PPV in 1999 and taped it. I think I've seen it advertised along with the Owen Hart Tribute Raw episode on ebay so maybe try there.

In relation to Rossco Webster's retarded comments about his kids having nightmares at Kane's burning J.R., I agree that Kane setting JR on fire was pretty stupid. But maybe, just maybe, you should've thought twice about bringing children to a wrestling show.? Think of some of the things they do on WWE. If I had kids I wouldn't let them watch wrestling until they were old enough to be able to tell it was scripted, let alone take them to an event. I remember seeing a house show when I was 8 years old. But they didn't have bra and panties matches then. Your kids have no-one to blame but you.

I completely agree. If I had a kid, they wouldn't be watching wrestling until they were at least 10. I know a couple of people who edit out the adult content of wrestling (eg. sex storylines, inappropriate language etc) and explain to their kids that wrestling is pretend. I don't have a problem with that, in fact I think it's a great idea. The WWE product is targeted at males aged 15 - 25. The WWE make no secret of that. The days of professional wrestling being targeted specifically to children are long gone. And people who take their small children to live wrestling tapings and PPV's are complete idiots who are no doubt raising the next generation of hell-rasiers, deadbeat parents, jail inmates and KISS fans.

I just wanted to point out that the explanation for Kanes remarkably unburned face being a psychological problem has also been done quite famously in the Fantastic Four comics with the villainous Doctor Doom character. They've never shown Doctor Dooms face (he wears an iron mask), but the late artist Jack Kirby had often suggested Doom wears the mask due to an extreme psychotic reaction to a minor imperfection.

Interesting. Psychologists and social workers often state that psychological wounds do ten times the damage that physical ones do. Still, I can't help but think that this was the WWE's way of wriggling out of the sticky problem of Glen Jacobs not actually having a hideously scarred face. Makeup to make it look like he's a patchwork quilt of scars is pretty much out of the question so the only road left open was the one that led to "deep psychological scars". A cop out, but a clever one.

Hey 3 guys and a babe. Great website .I have to tell you that I am more of a WCW fan than a WWF.I came across an article answered by Aree Jones that when Vince Russo jumped ship and went to the WCW Eric Bischoff was fired. Well I have got news for you, Not only was Eric Bishoff not fired but Vince Russo and Eric Bishoff were hugging each other, shaking hands and Jeff Jarret and a whole bunch of guys like Mike Awesome were seen on television swearing on Jim Ross and Vince Mc Man . It was kind of like a reunion or something like that. But one thing is clear they were celebrating. This happened on WCW Nitro maybe just a year and a half before WWF bought WCW. I don't want to sound like an old record player but I think the whole brand split storyline is leading to another invasion angle because the WWF did not get it right the fir! st time around. So I wont be surprised to see another invasion angle coming up maybe not now but in the near future. This whole brand split thing .It is not going to last. Please do post this on your mailbag because I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, like to have your comment on this.

You know you've really got it going on when Lucifer himself writes in with his opinion. I mean, really, what sort of a bonehead goes around signing his name as "Satan"? I'm sorry, but that's just ridiculous. To make matters worse, Satan actually misinterpreted my response to the Vince Russo/Eric Bischoff WCW fiasco. So here's my news to him - I remember the episode of WCW where Russo joined Bischoff in the ring and they started the whole "New Blood" angle. I never meant to imply that Bischoff was fired and Russo was put in his place in a sort of switcheroo situation. However, when things came to a head, Bischoff was fired and Russo was given full control. So I was right, but I just wasn't very clear about the events leading up to the change in management. Sue me if you like, but I really wouldn't recommend it. You won't like me when I'm nasty. As for another invasion angle, I don't think we'll ever see Smackdown invading Raw or vice versa. What I do think you'll see in the long term is some roster switches which will open the avenue for new storylines. I'd like to see the WWE incorporate a sort of yearly "drafting" concept into one of their PPV's. That could shake things up a little and stimulate interest in new angles.

You said you are changing the name of the site soon....i have a few
1. RajahWrestling.com The Obvious
2. Rajah4Ratings.com
3. CanadianBronzeMedalistRajah.com
4. RajahAndCompanysSiteAboutWrestling.com
5. RajahSportsEntertainment.com
6. CanadiansWrestlingOpinions.com
AND OF COURSE.....
7. AreeJonesWWE.com

I like the last one! "CanadiansWrestlingOpinions.com" would be misleading because apart from the Kumar brothers, I don't think there are any other Canadians giving their opinions on this site. Unless the Forum is stuffed to the rafters with Canadians which is certainly a possibility because have you been in there lately?

Big fan of the Mailbag...I'm always checking back looking for an update, but my question is: Is there a site containing where and how wrestlers have gotten injured in the past (i.e. Triple H tearing his quad in a tag match with Austin vs. Jericho and Benoit) Because I have always been curious on how some wrestlers get injured. Because I have seen a few like Nash going down in that big tag match on RAW about 6 months back, and when Orton dropkicked, I think, Christian, and tore his shoulder.

I'm a big fan of the mailbag too and I check for an update often. Then I think "Oopsy, I'm the one who's supposed to be writing the damn thing". Actually, the mailbag has always been one of my favorite parts of the site. I still like it, but in a different way. Anyway, I've never heard of a website that catalogues injuries, but if anyone knows of one, or is planning on starting their own, drop us a line. And I mean a SERIOUS list of at least 20 - 30 wrestlers not some lame email stating three injuries with vague dates.

From: Jon "still confused by the informer" Howard
I was just reading the monthly installment of the informer in WWE magazine. How exactly can anyone decipher that? I even tried to read past informers and I still can't get anything he/she says. Is that something you do to get rumors? Just wondering how one could get a good rumor out of it. Thanks

The "Informer" is notorious for not being full of information, but rather full of, well, shit. Perhaps instead of the "Informer" they could call him the "Bullshitter". Usually the crackhead (and they must be a crackhead because you'd have to be smoking something to make sense out of that load of bull) who writes that section of WWF Magazine takes a bunch of rumors that have been floating around and tries to put them in the form of cryptic clues. They very rarely pan out to mean anything. WWF Magazine is targeted at big time marks so for that reason I really wouldn't rely on anything you read in there.

Do you reckon the WWE will create an interactive PPV like WWE fans get to vote on the matches, location, wrestlers etc. fans could vote on WWE.com or by SMS text messaging.

Interesting question. Raw started holding real time on-line surveys and I think the response was pretty good so who knows, they might be trialing something like that for the future. The one thing they will never let you vote on is location. The WWE selects their locations very carefully and they aren't looking for input for that. If the WWE could make money off such a system, eg. charge for the SMS text messaging and phone calls etc, then they would be much more likely to consider doing it than if they stood to gain nothing from it. One of the WWE's biggest weaknesses is that where their audience is concerned they do a lot of guesswork in terms of what they think the fans want. They very rarely actually bother to ask. They should at least look at interactive ideas.

My question is, are there any WWE men dating any WWE Divas?

I thought about this question and at the moment, there are a few. Stephanie McMahon and Triple H obviously fall into that category and so do Matt Hardy and Lita. Billy Kidman and Torrie Wilson are apparently dating as are Test and Stacey. In the past quite a few divas and wrestlers have dated. For example, Lex Luger and the late Miss Elizabeth (who was also married to Randy Savage); Terri and Goldust; Chyna and Triple H; Bob Holly and "B.B"; Kevin Nash and Chae.

From: Christopher Lewis
I have 2 questions, 1st a serious one,What do you think of the Lex Luger and death of Miss Elizabeth story? and a non serious question, Why doesn't Rajah change rajah.com to RajahWWE.com. Just wondering. :-) In the most recent edition of the mailbag, Aree received an email about why wrestlers carry fanny packs. In one of his commentaries, Lance Storm said that many wrestlers carry all their stuff in fanny packs in order to make airport security checkpoints a little less of a pain. He said it was much easier to take off a fanny pack at each checkpoint than to have to empty out all off his pockets. So, it's mostly an issue of convenience over fashion.

I figured that was the reason. I do quite a bit of travelling myself, and I can't deny that a fanny pack would make life easier. However, I simply refuse to sink to the level of sunburnt Florida tourist. I remember in an old Peanuts comic strip Lucy walked past Snoopy on a hot summer's afternoon and said "How can anyone wear a fur coat in this weather?". Snoopy watched her go and then said "Some of us prefer to sacrifice comfort for style". I've never forgotten that, probably because women sacrifice comfort for style all the time. You don't actually think stilletto heels are comfrotable, do you? As for changing the name of the site, rajah.com doesn't infringe on the WWE's copyright. And after the problems Rajah had with the WWF over using "Rajahwwf" I don't think he's anxious to sign up for another intimidation campaign. I thought the death of Elizabeth was very sad but I was unsurprised about the amount of drugs found in Luger's possession. He's been highly suspect for chemical dependency since his WWF days. A sad end to a sad story.
