Hey Rajah, I'm a big fan of the site. I just wanna get your opinion on something. First i think its really dumb that new people get the belts early. I mean i know why the wwe does it to build a story line but I don't know if anyone else has notice a lot of the new people tend to make mistakes in the ring and that could cause injuries to themselves or their opponents. Look at La Resistance, they totally messed up that table bump they were supposed to give to Spike. I just wanted to get that opinion across and thank you for taking the time to read.

I think perhaps our friend Gertrude is overstating the number of mistakes that are made inside the WWE ring. Yes, mistakes are made but not usually because of the inexperience of new WWE talent. From my long history of watching wrestling I believe that the majority of mistakes are through bad timing. Wrestling isn't an exact science, especially if you're the kind of wrestler who makes a lot up as you go along. People get out of position, they trip, they get blocked and so on and so forth. Actually, I'm amazed that mistakes don't happen more considering that every single Raw and PPV are live.

Hi there, i have been an big fan of the rajah webpage for over a year now, mainly because of the news you guys have, and the bullshit news you dont. I have a question about the steve austin angle, and if there is any reason to believe, that this may be an angle the wwe might be considering going with.....for the last couple days, i have been seeing things about nitro returning, and about austin coming back in a surprising role....there has also been obvious events that would lead to a raw vs. smackdown type ppv....is there any chance that the wwe is thinking about changing smackdown to nitro...and opening up wcw, or something of that caliber again....to help boost ratings, and if they are thinking that, do you think that austin will have a role in the nitro set? Obviously i haven't read all that together, or has it been connected, i have put that crazy ass scenario together myself, in hopes that it might come true!

I don't see what the WWE have to gain out of bringing back Nitro. What would be the point? Aren't they achieving exactly the same thing by branding Raw and Smackdown as separate entities and hinting at competition between the two? Steve Austin will always be a part of the WWE and I certainly wouldn't discount the possibility of Austin being at the helm of his own show one day, but the chances of that show being called "Nitro" and his talent being called "WCW" are slim to none, and slim just left town. I really love that saying. I used it all the time. You may have noticed.

I have a question for you hope its kinda different. You know with ECW setting the standard for the independent wrestling companies today. This is my question what is your outlook on wrestling 10 even 20 years from now? Companies competing with WWE, people wanting bigger, harder, more realistic finishing moves, hardcore wrestling, more realistic wrestling. To me this question seems kinda scary to me hope you answer it.

Bring on the scary questions - nothing scares Aree Jones. When I was 15 I rented Friday the 13th Chapters 1 to 9 and watched them over a period of 3 days. After that I honestly thought I was going to go insane. I kept dreaming about the movies and I thought I was being stalked by Jason. I guess I lost it a little. Since then however, nothing scares me. But I digress. I have often wondered where the wrestling of the future is going. Personally I hope that things return to more traditional roots considering that the whole "hardcore" angle has been done to death, literally. We've also done to death the "attitude" era where the bad guys were the good guys because it was really cool to flip off your boss, piss on people's bikes and steal the coffin of your opponent's dead father. But I can't really answer this question - all I can tell you is what I hope will happen.

Hey gang its me again, i have a few more questions for the GANG, thats right. 1: What ever happened to Mideon, i beleive he is in an independant promotion but his gimmicks in the WWF bombed for some reason except for the Ministry gimick. 2: Did Mideon ever have a finisher, because i have never seen him use one, let alone see him win a match? YES MIDEON IS MY FAVORITE WRESTLER 3: Was that Viscera real Weight?, 554 lbs I still love the site, me and my year 7 friend Dan Wilson Always try and get away looking at it during computer class, THATS Right im 13,

Well, bully for you kiddo. However, I doubt Rajah's site is approved by your computer class teacher. Mideon, whose real name is Dennis Knight, has wrestled for promotions such as the USWA, WCW and the WWF. As recent as March 2003 I found results from IPW Hardcore Wrestling featuring Dennis Knight. His finisher seems to be a topic of hot contention with most people having no idea what it is. However someone told me it was a Canadian Backbreaker, so whatever I guess. Viscera/Mabel's weight seemed to vary during his WWF career, but most considered him to be around the 500 pound mark - pretty damn big.

Dear Mailbag, PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE tell me when Jeff Hardy will be back on the roster after his band pero?xegen or whatever the bands name is. I looked everywhere and not a single thing has come up. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE tell me.

Firstly, never refer to me as "Mailbag". If I was walking down the street and you shouted out "Hey Mailbag" I would not turn around. Well, maybe I would because that would be a seriously weird thing to go around shouting. But I certainly wouldn't think you were talking to me. As for Jeff Hardy, I have no idea when he will be back in the bosom of the WWE but I would guess it would be sooner rather than later considering his music career isn't exactly booming. what is it with wrestlers? They're all wannabe rock stars. As for Jeff Hardy's band, run a search on yahoo and you should come up with the band's website. Knock yourself out.

hey is the undertaker going to come back as his old self ? tna compies everything the wwe has ever done whats up with that.

Wrestling copies wrestling. If you took the time to watch old matches and research old storylines you'd be shocked by how many storylines are recycled. It's just the way it is. The classic male confrontation of good and evil - the players change, but the game remains the same. On a less poetic note, some of the reason for TNA appearing to rip off the WWE could be that most of the people working for TNA once worked for the WWE and I guess that kind of leaves a mark on a person.

Hi, how ya doin. Survivor Series got me thinking. How does the buried alive match work. Does the loser of the match just lie their in the grave with all of the dirt on them. Also, was the WWE/F the first to have a buried alive match. Thanks

Okay, so let's look at this logically. The buried alive matches have all taken part inside concrete arenas. They bring the dirt and the coffin inside. So it's not like someone is buried six feet under ground and just waits until the end of the PPV when everyone has gone home to get pulled out. If you've ever seen that wonderful show on the Discovery Channel called "Mythbusters", you'll know that Jamie and Adam busted the myth that you could be buried alive in a coffin and survive for a week or so until someone dug you up. So it's pretty safe to say that there would either be a trap door under the pile of dirt or more likely (due to the fact that very few arenas come with built in trapdoors) there is a false bottom where you drop through to a well constructed tunnel and crawl to a covered cart or something and get wheeled away.

Hello Aree, Have you seen how much fat comes out of sausages when you microwave them from raw? It's incredible! Great site by the way.

This is precisely the reason I don't eat sausages, Shaun. Let this be a lesson to you all.

have a quick question why do the wrestlers hold on to the string at the turnbuckle during a tag match? thanx

I think someone has told all of the WWE wrestlers that if you pull tight on the "string" (which we actually call the "tag rope") you might hear a lovely melody which will keep you entertained as you wait for your turn to jump in the ring. Sort of like hold music, you know? Actually the tag rope is a relic from wrestling's past. The idea was that a wrestler would have to hold the rope when waiting for a tag. It was supposed to ensure that they didn't wander too far from their appointed corner in order to "cheat" and tag in. The WWE tried to revive them recently (that made me happy) but it seems mostly the wrestler's just forget and don't used them (that made me sad).

Hear that Randy Savage? Get your ass to the WWE pronto. You'll have to cease his career as a rap artist first though. And also change your name because the WWE already has a Randy in Randy Orton. And everyone knows that two Randy's don't make a right. Mental note: drink less eggnog next Christmas.

Hey, I have been a longtime WWE wrestler. About 3 or 4 years ago there was a stable called "The Mean Street Posse" I just loved their gimmick. I mean 3 huge guys growing up in the mean streets of Greenwich, CT! Being Hardcore! Also they were the funniest people in the ring! Whatever happened to Rodney, Joey Abs, and Pete Gas? I have looked all over the internet trying to find information on them, but I can't find anything! If anyone can tell me what they have heard lately that would be great help for me, and some of my friends!

Three huge guys? The Mean Street Posse? Hardcore? The Mean Street Posse? Excuse me while I fall off my chair laughing. I think maybe your memory is all clouded up Stevie. Two members of the Mean Street Posse ("Joey Abs" aka Jason Ahrndt was actually a legit wrestler who had been drifting in and out of the WWF since 1995) literally got their positions in the WWF because they were childhood friends of Shane McMahon and for some reason the WWF thought it would be funny to pretend they were wrestlers. The Mean Street Posse were sort of like the stooges to Shane McMahon, you know, the way Brisco and Patterson were Vince's stooges there for a while. The whole thing got old, and as the two childhood buddies couldn't wrestle they were chopped during budget cuts. Than goodness for trust funds, huh? Jason Ahrndt was a developmental talent for a while but I believe he was eventually let go and now wrestles in the independents.
