The opening segment of last night's post-WWE Money in the Bank episode of RAW featured current Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena delivering a promo when he was interrupted by CM Punk. Punk expressed that he had a lot to say and intended to become a force to be reckoned with to confront the "monster" that Cena has become.
Punk clarified that he was not defending TKO or the corporate machine, but rather standing up for the people. He then challenged Cena to a championship match, stating that Cena could choose when Punk would take the title from him. Cena responded by suggesting Punk could follow him to Saudi Arabia, to which Punk agreed. Shortly after, Seth Rollins and his group interrupted the exchange. The Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cena and Punk has now been confirmed for Night of Champions.
WWE Night of Champions 2025 will take place on Saturday, June 28th, at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
